Shipping Location

Veloura Beauty currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping option:

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.


Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances. Veloura Beauty is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address
